I am PRINCE2 and Certified Scrum Master with a wealth of experience across in Healthcare and Financial Services, B2B and B2C markets with project budgets of up to £2 million and project timescales ranging from quick tactical projects in 4 weeks to strategic digital transformations over 2 years.

My focus is on moving projects forward, meeting delivery deadlines and monitoring project finances.

I have a strong technical and digital background but also extensive experience in programme, project and team management.

I bring the ability to communicate across the project lifecycle and to act as a "hub" of control and information for project teams.

Prince2 & Scrum

I'm a qualified Prince2 Practitioner and a Certified Scrum Master. Every agency has its own way of running the project lifecycle. I am comfortable with many different styles.

Client contact

In my role I am often the lead client day-to-day contact and am comfortable dealing with everyone from C-suite to IT Security teams.

Project Reporting

I'm a whizz at Excel and working with MS Project and other project management tools. I always report on project progress and budget burn to agency management teams.
